To sprout your seeds soak them in 3 times as much water as seed, warm water (not
too hot) will encourage them to sprout, change the water every 12 hours for
fresh warm water, Keep them at room temperature in low light conditions between
changes. They should be ready in about three days. Containing vitamins A, B, C
